The main objective of this article is to aware the people about the healthy and nutritious food.

For a young person it is important to get proper nutrition food. There is also one saying that “Sound mind in a sound body”.So in order to gain a cultivate and peaceful mind, one must start with a balanced diet and proper exercise. First Question that arises in our mind is that, “What kinds of food should we include in our diet?”

There is a vast amount of information on certain vitamins and minerals .The most important food to consume are basmati rice, grains, soups, and vegetables. These should be cooked, with mild spices–turmeric, cumin, and coriander. These are good for digestion, taste and general health.

The amount and type of food eaten for breakfast should be widely vary from person to person. Some prefer to have Bread and butter or egg with milk, while some prefer to have a Parathas with butter or ghee. Some people even think that heavy Breakfast is the key to give them energy for the whole day. One helpful method is to drink hot lemon water with a little honey upon waking to activate the bowels.

The first step to a healthy meal is a healthy preparation of a meal–one cooked properly, with a peaceful attitude, with love, and of course, pure, organic, fresh ingredients. There is just something about having a meal cooked just for you by a mother or other loved one that gives the meal better taste on a subtle level.

The main features of Indian cuisine are the exotic and pungent spices. Visit a spice market in Chennai. There you’ll find turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, cumin, saffron, and of course, chili.You can find every kind of spice. In addition, the creative use of large vegetables is unique in India, though not in the rest of the continent. At last but not the least, India is the only country where every kind of food is being cooked and tasted.
