Bangalore Shopping

   Posted by: Sarabjeet   in Regional

Bangalore is the capital of Karnataka. Bangalore, the ‘Garden of City of India’, is a good place to purchases silk, sandalwood and rosewood items. It is also famous for Lambani tribal jewellery. This jewellery is very much appreciated by tourists.

Commercial St, north of MG Road, is found to be the most pleasant shopping experience. No. of silk, handicraft and shops have home on this street. Stunning, hand-embroidered saris are reasonably priced. One can see the large variety of fabric, which is cheaper here than in the silk emporiums lining MG Road.

Music lovers can also do their shopping in HMV House on St Mark’s Road. It has a collection of Hindi cassettes and CD’s and a small range of western tapes.
