How to make a good impression

Working in an office provides an opportunity to explore your potentials. It also makes you use the education or specialization, which you have in hand. But often people end up stressing themselves with the gossip at the office place or the harsh behavior of the fellow workers.

Look, office place is like a family where each member is given some responsibility and he has to do it efficiently. Often people find difficulty in adjusting with the fellow workers. The reason is obvious – lack of mutual understanding.

By a little more wisdom, you can surely win over your worst enemies. During the work, you should not criticize or unnecessary take advantages of your position in the company. Sticking to your principals by acting as stubborn or arrogant person can also puts a bad impression of yours.

Stick to the rules of company. Don’t offend your boss or co-workers by using your personal cell phone at the office place. Talking aloud can cause inconvenience to your colleagues. Sticking to your cell for long hours is also not appreciated.

Religion and politics are two hot topics, which can turn into debates and heated conversations. So never discuss these topics with your colleagues.

Try to stick to the office timing. Coming late to the office or staying out long without prior permission can jeopardize your work and annoy your seniors.
 
Dress formally for your work place. Never wear uncomfortable clothes or vibrant colors which can make you target of awful glances from the co-workers.
 
Office is a place, which demands discipline. So try to maintain the decorum and be polite in your talks.

Reservation policy in India

Reservation policy in Indian Law is a term used to reserve number of seats in parliament, government offices and public utility firms. Some fixed percentage is allocated for the backward classes and tribes.
