Good health

Good health is a mirror of strong constitution and presence of mind. General well being of a person is often associated with the regimen which he follows. Good diet is the basic necessity of every human being. Food intake should consist of vitamins, minerals or the iron. All these necessary nutrients are supplied by the cereals, pulses and vegetables. Fruits also provide energy to the body of a person. Intake of fruits and juices give necessary supplements. (more…)

Yoga

Yoga, this term is related to the Sanskrit word yuj which means “to yoke” which means “jugal”.


The English meaning of “jugal” means union which further stresses upon the union of soul i.e. atma with universal soul that is parmatma. One who is engaged in doing various “yoga” asana is called yogi. A yogi is that person who has made much advancement in considerable path of yoga. (more…)
